Up for sale is a true 1985 Toyota Pickup Truck SR5 4X4 22RE RN66 Xtra Cab unicorn, the infamous 1985 was the first year of the 22RE and the last year of solid axle. This gorgeous truck just underwent a full tune up 50 miles ago;- Timing chain replacement and guides- Valve cover gasket- Brand new Rancho shocks and bushings - Full front knuckle rebuild with rubber gasket (marlin crawler)- Ice cold blowing A/C (R134 conversion)- Brand new V6 brake booster, master cylinder (brake flush)- Coolant flush, Oil change, Cap and Rotor, Spark-plugs and Wires- New front calipers and rear pads- Upper and lower radiator hoses, PCV valve, all new belts- New front windshield and window gasket- New vacuum hoses all around- Brand new fuel sending unit - Freshly Powder Rims and Brand new 31x10.5R15- Reupholstered arm rest and new floor mats- James Dean Decals (period correct)- Repainted lower valance and lower windshield trimThe current odometer reading is 292k and all lines up with a clean truck has very minor rust in the bed that is not really noticeable (see pictures) no rust anywhere else on the body nor frame, very clean truck all around. The truck was repainted a while back, has some peeling on the front hood, but apart from that close to showroom quality. If you're looking for a turn key ready 1985 EFI Toyota, this is the one!
